Delivery
We ship to the UK, Europe and America.

Shipping & handling within the UK is as follows:-
All orders are sent by Royal Mail or alternative carrier.

1st Class
Recorded Delivery
Special Delivery

In addition any order over £40 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK with no extra charge.

Orders placed before 4pm on any working day will be despatched within 3 working days subject to product availability.
Orders placed after 4pm, or during a weekend will go into the next working day.

Our delivery charge is a flat rate regardless of the size of the parcel, and costs £1.99 throughout the UK
We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Deliveries will be made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Items will be delivered as follows:

Up to  £40.00 – delivery will be by 1 st Class Post with Royal Mail. Parcels should arrive within 2 working days of despatch, however as this not a guaranteed or signed-for service, please allow up to 10 working days (excluding weekends) for delivery from the despatch date.

Over £40.00 – delivery will be by Recorded Delivery with Royal Mail or alterantive carrier which will require a signature on receipt. Parcels should arrive within 2 working days of despatch, however, as this not a guaranteed service, please allow up to 10 working days (excluding weekends) for delivery from the despatch date.

Over 2kg – delivery will be on a Parcel Force 48 hour service, and requires a signature on receipt.

Next Day Delivery £10.00 – this service is available for orders placed before 12 noon only, and is subject to product availability. Your order will be despatched on a signed-for service by a carrier of our choice.

International Orders – delivery will be made by Parcel Force Worldwide and will require a signature on receipt
Eire and Channel Islands     £13.00
Europe     £18.50
USA & Canada     £22.50
International rates are one flat charge regardless of the size of the order.

Delivery Schedule
We endeavour to ship all parcels within 2 working days excluding weekends and bank holidays - We always do our best to post your order the same day if placed by 12 noon.

Back Orders We try to keep up to date with stock, however if after placing your order your item is not in stock, we will contact you to advise this and give an estimated delivery time. You will have the option to wait or have a refund.


Guarantee
Should any of your order be unsuitable we will be happy to refund if contacted within 7 days of receipt - unsuitable items (as opposed to faulty) are returned at your expense. Please see our Returns Policy in regard to faulty items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note, if returning goods which are unsuitable these must be recieved in resaleable condition and the original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

The ordering party’s personal details will be used to handle the order only and the information will not be passed on to third parties. Furbanks Ltd may send their customers information on new products and services from time to time. 

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

Our Returns Policy
We want you to feel confident about shopping with Cupids Clear Stamps (Furbanks Ltd). If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, we will try to put the matter right.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven days of delivery. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you would not be able to cancel any contract for services carried out by us (e.g. postage and packing). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of the order, and the items have been returned to us in perfect condition, we will refund the purchase price for that item/items.

If you want to return an item/items, please re-package the goods securely and send them back to us within seven working days of the item that was delivered to you. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for returns, as we will not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

If you are returning goods for reasons other than damage or defects, we will be happy to refund you for the returned items (excluding postage and packaging) providing they are returned within seven working days of receipt, in re-sellable condition and in their original packaging.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
